Key responsibilities include: Providing vision and strategic direction, aligning long-term goals with corporate vision. Ensuring coordination between all production-related departments. Managing budgeting, financial planning, and profitability, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Managing day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, and distribution. Ensuring adherence to Pharmaceutical/ Nutraceutical regulations and quality standards. Droving innovation and Research & Development initiatives for product development. Identifying growth opportunities, both domestic and international, through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Executing sales and marketing strategies to promote products and build industry relationships. Fostering relationships with government agencies, industry associations, shareholders, and the community.

Hi, I'm Anam Ikram. I passed my Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Lahore. I performed the tasks as Production Pharmacist in Nutraceutical Industry respectively. And the main aim of me as a pharmacist is to provide good health and diseases free life to everyone with effective, best and side effect free drugs. As Production Manager my responsibility is to check/ complete every task assigned by General Manager.

History About Paragon Herbal Laboratories

Paragon was initially set up in 1991 by Muhammad Shafqat. At inception and formation in 1991, Paragon employed 25 people, and had a small revenue base with no national operations. Today, Paragon Laboratories has transformed from a small manufacturing facility to a world-class branded generic nutraceutical company with a global outlook. It employees more than 200+ highly qualified people worldwide and has operations in Pakistan and across the world.
